Casa Santa Museum, located inside the Jardin de Miramar Events Venue in Antipolo, boasts of more than 3,700 Christmas and Santa Claus mementos collected from all over the world. Water Hyacinth, also known as water lily, is a free-floating aquatic plant that can grow to a surface of fresh waters. The plant size ranges from few inches to a 3 meter in height. The dark green leave blades are circular to elliptical in shape attached to a spongy, inflated petiole. Underneath the water is a thick, heavily branched, dark fibrous root system. It can really affects on fish and wildlife immeasurable. In severely affected water bodies, fish may die as a result of increasingly anaerobic (lacking oxygen) conditions. Populations of wildlife like water birds, amphibians and reptiles may also be affected; Changes in water chemistry. Thick mats of water hyacinth affect the chemistry of the water by absorbing large amounts of nitrogen, phosphorus and other nutrients and locking these nutrients up.

SANTONG LUGAR IN JALAJALA

Widely popular among the locals, Santong Lugar is a place of pilgrimage for religious enthusiasts and those who offer prayer to God. The story states that on May 1909, people were cutting woods and lumber when they failed to sell one of the lumbers they cut. One of the townsfolk took the lumber and brought it up the mountain. On June 4, 1909, when he cut the lumber, an image of the Virgin Mary accordingly appeared. Later on, this piece of lumber was brought to a chapel atop the mountain and was called Our Lady of the Virgin of Maulawin.

BAHAY NA BATO

Bahay na bato (Tagalog, literally "house of stone") is a type of building originating during the Philippines' Spanish Colonial Period. It is an updated version of the traditional bahay kubo. Its design has evolved throughout the ages, but still maintains the Bahay kubo's architectural basis which corresponds to the tropical climate, stormy season and earthquake prone environment of the whole archipelago of the Philippines and fuses it with the influence of Spanish colonizers and Chinese traders. Thus created was a hybrid of Austronesian, Spanish and Chinese architecture. Its most common appearance is that of an elevated overhanging wooden upper story Nipa hut (with balustrades, ventanillas and capiz shell sliding windows) that stands on Spanish style solid stone blocks or bricks and posts as foundation instead of just wood, bamboo stilts or timber posts.

The Fabric Shops used to sell their products per kilo and not per yard, which is the difference with the shops in the other places. Sarian farm is located in Teresa Rizal which is the town next to Antipolo. If tourist is planning to visit using their own cars, from Manila take Ortigas Ave. Extension and drive all through Antipolo City down to Teresa. If travelers choose to take a ride using a jeep or a bus, make sure that the vehicle take passes through Antipolo City proper and not through the town of Angono.
Sarian Farm planted different kinds of fruits in their farm such as cherry, durian, rambutan, lansonez, etc. They use a fertilizer for the plants to grow properly. Some of their plants were treated with grafting and marcotting process.
Grafting is a horticultural technique where by tissues from one plant are inserted into those of another so that the two sets of vascular tissues may join together. They also used marcotting process that inducing branch or twigs to produce roots while still attached to the parent plant.
