Rizal Governor Rebecca "Nini" Ynares is joined by all elected officials in the province, local government units (LGUs), non-government organizations, the academe and civil society during the 6th YES (Ynares Eco System) Program Anniversary which coincides her birthday celebration, recently at the Ynares Center, Antipolo City. The LGUs, barangays and schools who fully showed their support to the Yes Program were recognized and awarded with various prizes, encouraging them to be more participative in the activities in line with the advocacies of Gov. Ynares’ Flagship Program.
