YES ANNIVERSARY - Rizal Governor Nini Ynares leads the 4th Anniversary celebration of YES (Ynares Eco System) Program held recently at the Ynares Center. The event coincided with the birthday of the Governor who is the engineer and architect of YES Program. The Provincial Government awarded dump trucks, YES cargo trikes, public address system, monoblock chairs, garden tools, kitchen utensils, YES t-shirts, tents, tanod uniforms, senior citizens’ vests, spine boards, medical kit, safety helmets, and grasscutters to top YES-performing LGUs, barangays , and schools in the province.
