Rizal Governor Rebecca "Nini" Ynares distributes cash incentives to more than 80 differently-abled athletes who represented the province in the recent National Paralympic Games. The Governor lauded the athletes for the honor they bring to the province and inspiration and challenge they provide to other disabled athletes. The event was held at the Rizal Capitol and witnessed by officials and employees of the provincial government.
