Rizal Governor Rebecca "Nini" Ynares cuts the ceremonial ribbon marking in the inauguration of the newly-constructed Antipolo Peritoneal Dialysis Center located at the Antipolo City Hospital System (ACHS) - Cabading Annex. The Governor was joined by the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan and Sangguniang Panglunsod, Provincial Health and City Officials, other local officials and employees of the City Government.
