Nini Ynares gave an inspiring message to young athletes of Rizal Province during the opening of the 2016 Palarong Panlalawigan held at Marikina Sports Complex, under the auspices of the Provincial Government of Rizal and the Departments of Education, Division of Rizal. With the theme, One Team . . . One Dream . . . Batang Rizaleño, Leads To Win", she encouraged the athletes to do their best at all times and to dream big. Provincial government officials and local chief executives of the 13 municipalities of the division attended the biggest provincial sports competition of the year.
