The Rizal provincial government under the stewardship of Gov. Nini Ynares and with the cooperation of the Area Based Standard Network (ABSNET) Rizal Cluster celebrated the Children's Month through a seminar/training of Caregivers and Child Workers at the Multi Purpose Hall, Ynares Center. With the theme, "Bata Kasali Ka, Ikaw ay Mahalaga" the event aims to raise awareness on the protection and rights of children.
