Rizal Governor Nini Ynares delivers her inspiring message to young student-athletes of the province during the opening of the 2017 Palarong Panlalawigan held at the Marikina Sports Complex with the theme: “Rizaleño Power: United We Play, United We Win.” Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Local Chief Executives of the 13 municipalities, DepEd-Rizal, and other local officials also attended the biggest provincial sports event of the year.
