Rizal Gov. Nini Ynares, together with the Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Rizal headed by Vice-Gov. Reynaldo San Juan Jr., recognized and awarded the outstanding senior citizens of the province during the annual Gawad Parangal for Outstanding Senior Citizens of Rizal held recently at the Ynares Center. The senior citizens were also treated to a lot of fun as dancing, singing and other playful activities were held during the one-day affair. Gov. Ynares also distributed wheel chairs to the senior citizens in need, under her administration’s social and health services.
