Rizal Governor Rebecca "Nini" Ynares delivers her inspiring message to young student-athletes of the province during the opening of the Palarong Panlalawigan 2018 held at the Marikina Sports Complex. Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan led by Vice Governor Jun Rey San Juan, Local Chief Executives of the 13 municipalities, DepEd-Rizal officials, and teachers also attended the biggest provincial sports event of the year.
