RIZAL GOVERNOR REBECCA “NINI” YNARES congratulates all the municipal mayors of the province citing the recent achievements garnered by the province such as the prestigious Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) and Top 1 Most Competitive Province in the Philippines Award. These accolades manifest the concerted effort of all concerned to bring forth development and progress to the province that will eventually redound to the constituents. She also encouraged all Mayors to persevere harder for the well-being of the province.
