RIZAL GOVERNOR REBECCA “NINI” YNARES, together with the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan awards the certificate of recognition and cash prizes to the winners of the YES Painting Contest. For the First Prize, the artist receives Php 50,000, Second Prize is Php 40,000 and Third Prize is Php 30,000. Consolation Prizes for other entries are at Php 5,000 each. They also award the plaque of recognition and cash incentives to Lupong Tagapamayapa of different barangays during the Flag Raising Ceremony at Rizal Capitol grounds. Governor Nini Ynares delivers a message and cites the recent recognitions garnered by the province such as Top 1 Most Competitive Province in the Philippines for four consecutive years and the third Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG), and recognizes everyone’s cooperation in achieving these prestigious awards.
