Rizal Governor Nini Ynares leads the discussion during the first leg of the provincial dialogue on the country’s proposed shift to Federalism organized by DILG-Rizal. The event was held in Angono and attended by the DILG Designated “Overseer of Federalism,” Asec. Epimaco Densing III, Mayor Gerry Calderon of Angono, Barangay Chairmen and Councils of the province, and Parents-Teachers Association (PTA)- Rizal.
