Rizal Gov. Nini Ynares poses with Congressman Jack Duavit of the First District of Rizal and the 10 outstanding teachers and principals from elementary, public secondary, college and technical and vocational schools in the province, during the awarding ceremony of the Annual Guronasyon 2016, themed “Strengthening Partnership to Achieve Excellence in Education” held at the Ynares Auditorium in Binangonan, Rizal. Also in attendance are Local Chief Executives of the province led by Antipolo City Mayor Jun Ynares as the keynote speaker.
