Rizal Governor Nini Ynares was guest of honor on the grand launching of TSeK! (Tamang Segregasyon para sa Kalikasan), a clean community program for the Province of Rizal, spearheaded by Cemex Philippines Foundation. The program aims to promote a more environmental-friendly way of managing municipal wastes. Officials from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and Bureau of Environment Management (EMB) also attended the said event.
