Rizal Governor Rebecca "Nini" Ynares leads other provincial and local officials of Baras, during the lighting ceremonies for this year's Inter-Town YES Recycled Christmas Tree, Belen and Municipal Facade Decor at the Municipality of Baras, Rizal. Aptly themed: "Kabataan, Kapaligiran, Kinabukasan," the people of Baras rejoiced as the Governor lit up their Christmas Tree which typifies the organic town's quest for sustainable Kalikasan Community.
