Rizal Governor Rebecca “Nini” Ynares, is joined by Vice Governor Jun Rey San Juan, Mayor Dan Masinsin of Pililla, and Mr. Vince Perez of Alternergy, Inc. in welcoming delegates from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), during a recent technical tour at the Rizal Wind Farm in Pililla. The delegates are composed of ADB Governors from Micronesia, Germany, Ireland, Malaysia, Vanuatu, and Tuvalu. Other provincial and local officials were also present during the event.
