Rizal Governor Nini Ynares signs the Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) for the creation of the Manila Bay Network of Local Governments (MBNLG), which is envisioned to contribute to national, regional and international targets for sustainable development of the Manila Bay Area for future generations. The MOU is by and among the provinces of Bataan, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac and Rizal.
