The Rizal Provincial Government under the administration of Gov. Rebecca Ynares in cooperation with Zuellig Family Foundation, conducted Provincial Leadership and Governance Program aims to enhance the health leadership competencies of the provincial health team so that they may be able to provide a responsive hospital system, ensure effective stewardship and support to municipal health systems, and be able to integrate the delivery of health care in the province in order to meet the desired health outcomes, particularly for the poor.
