Rizal Governor Nini Ynares is the Special Guest and Keynote Speaker, during the celebration of Women’s Month held recently at the Cainta Elementary School Auditorium. Anchored on the theme: “We Make Change, Work for Women,” the Governor lauded the many contributions of women in achieving an equitable, peaceful and more prosperous society. The Governor is joined by Councilors Ruru Ferriols, Kay Ilagan, and other local officials of Cainta.
