Rizal Governor Nini Ynares is the Special Guest and Keynote Speaker, during the 2018 Alternative Learning System (ALS) Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Completion and Graduation Rites of the more than 1,800 out-of-school youth and adults held recently at the Binangonan Elementary School. The event was also attended by DepEd-Rizal headed by Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Marites A. Ibañez, and other local and DepEd-Rizal officials.
