Rizal Governor Nini Ynares proudly apprises the members of the Mayor’s League of Rizal on the recent opening of the Rizal Blood Bank at the Margarito A. Duavit Memorial Hospital (RPHS-Binangonan Annex). The Governor handed out Blood Entitlement Cards to the mayors for distribution to their constituents in need of blood, and requested the League to conduct regular blood-letting activities to ensure sufficient supply of safe blood and blood products in the province.
