Rizal Governor Nini Ynares delivers her message during the celebration of the Philippine Environment Month by Solid Cement Corporation through their “Adopt a River Program” held recently at their plant in San Jose, Antipolo City. The Governor was elated by the support manifested by Solid Cement for her Oplan BUSILAK (BUhayin Sapa, Ilog, Lawa At Karagatan by adopting Tagbac River which was formalized through a MOA.
