Rizal Gov. Nini Ynares led the awarding of cash incentives worth Php 5,841, 219.10 to 997 students of the Special Program for Employment of Student (SPES) for 2015. Gov. Ynares was accompanied by Board Member Armando Villamayor, PESO Manager Cecile Diaz and DOLE Representative Ms. Abigail Gilpo. The provincial government of Rizal shouldered the 60% of the SPES salaries while the remaining 40% will be released by DOLE.
