Through the effort of RIZAL GOVERNOR REBECCA “NINI” YNARES, the Civil Service Commission conducts a Seminar - Workshop on Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM), among officials and employees of the Provincial Government of Rizal, that will run for three days. This seminar – workshop will ensure that all aspect of requirements in the implementation of the PRIME-HRM is obtained.
