Rizal Governor Nini Ynares delivers her message, during the first-ever "Edukasyon, Kasaysayan, Suhay-Kalikasan, Pamayanan, at Obra para sa Kultura at Turismo" (EKSPO - Kultura at Turismo), an AVP-Video Clip-Making Competition, among the 14 LGUs of the province, held recently at the provincial capitol. The City of Antipolo, and the Municipalities of Taytay and Cainta, bagged first, second, and third places, respectively.
