Rizal Gov. Nini Ynares led the Awards Day with Vice-Gov. Junrey San Juan and Sangguniang Panlalawigan members, for various sectors in Rizal province whom gave pride and honor to the province in various fields of endeavor. Awarded were two Lupong Tagapamayapa, winners of the Araw ng Lalawigan Painting Contest, Persons with Disability (PWD) athletes, Team Rizal athletes who competed at the STCAA and Palarong Pambansa and recipients of the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES).
