CEREMONIAL SIGNING OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING - Gov. Rebecca “Nini” Ynares together with the Armed Forces of the Philippines represented by LTGEN Ricardo Visaya, SOLCOM Commander, AFP and Philippine National Police PCSUPT Rolando Felix formally signed the Memorandum of Understanding (Declaring Rizal Province as Conflict Manageable and Ready for Further Development (CMRFD) Area). This proves the ability of the local government of Rizal to protect its territory and its people with the aid of the said government agencies, also ensuring progress in the area.
