Gov. Nini Ynares led the kick-off of the YES Barangay Steward's Training in Teresa, Rizal. More than 300 volunteers from various groups composed of Teresa Women's Club, BHWs, Brgy. Captains and Councils, Brgy. Tanod, 4Ps, Senior Citizens, among others, participated in the event. As an offshoot of the YES Environmental Army Training, this time, the YES to Green Program of Gov. Ynares will be cascaded to the barangay in furtherance of its mission and vision to educate and empower the citizenry on environmental protection.
