Newly elected officials of the province headed by Rizal Gov. Nini Ynares led the regular flag raising ceremony at the Capitol grounds. Gov. Ynares introduced the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan: Vice-Gov. Reynaldo San Juan, Jr.; Board Members, 1st District – Anthony Jesus Alarcon, Dr. Genato Bernardo, Ross Glenn Gongora and Fernando Cabitac, Jr.; from the 2nd District - Rommel Ayuson, Bartolome Rivera, Jr., Atty. Rolando Rivera, and Dr. Olivia De Leon; and from the lone component city of Antipolo 1st District - Dr. Enrico de Guzman and 2nd District -Atty. Jesus Angelito Huertas, Jr.
