Gov. Rebecca Ynares led the first ever flag raising ceremony in 2016 at the Capitol grounds with Vice-Gov. Frisco San Juan Jr., and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Department Heads, Chief of Offices and employees. In her speech, Gov. Ynares acknowledges the effort of everyone making 2015 a fruitful year and encourages all employees to continue doing what is best for the province and its constituents. She likewise reiterated her clarion call for a ‘greener environment’ to help mitigate the effects of climate change.
