Board Member Ato Bernardo of the First District of Rizal and Ms. Milagros Trias of the YES Team, representing Governor Nini Ynares, are joined by Mayor Cesar Ynares, First Lady and Chairperson of the Barkadahan ng Kababaihan sa Binangonan, Dra. Rose Martha Callanta-Ynares and members, during awarding ceremonies for the Best YES Recycled Christmas Tree Contest. It was a back-to-back feat for Binangonan which also finished top in last year’s competition, and took home again a brand new Dump Truck and 100 pieces mono-block chairs. .
