Rizal Governor Nini Ynares is represented by Antipolo City First Lady Madam Andrea Ynares, during the YES! SIKAT NG RIZAL (SIning, KAlikasan, at Tradisyon) ArtBanico-Making Contest, held recently at SM City Masinag Atrium in Antipolo. Themed, “Inang Kalikasan, Natatanging Babae ng Bayan,” the event was also attended by Vice Governor Jun Rey San Juan, Ms. Belinda Gonzales of DOT Region IV-A, local officials, and YES Team.
