Rizal Governor Nini Ynares joyfully poses with the teachers and students from DepEd-Rizal, national champions of the recently concluded National School’s Press Conference (NSPC), held at Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur. The team was bannered by Limuel John Limbago, News Writing Champion; from Francisco P. Felix Memorial National High School, together with JCedric Aurino of Casimiro Ynares Sr. Memorial National High School and Kurt Alexander Nolasco of St. Matthew College. Team-Rizal was also adjudged as the 2nd Overall Champion (School Paper Category). The students were accompanied by their teacher-coaches; Mesdames Lerma Flandez, Dalisay Torres and Janette De Mesa.
