Rizal Governor Nini Ynares warmly welcomes and congratulates Team Rizal composed of student-athletes from DepEd-Rizal and DepEd-Antipolo City, and their coaches who again brought pride and honor to the province by emerging as the Overall Champion in the 2018 CALABARZON Regional Sports Competition (formerly STCAA). The province has reigned supreme for seven consecutive years since the 2012 staging of this regional sports event.
