Board Members Ato Bernardo, Ross Glen Gongora, Jun Cabitac of the 1st District of Rizal, and Mitos Trias of the YES Team, representing GOVERNOR REBECCA ‘NINI’ YNARES, are joined by Mayor Cesar Ynares, First Lady and Chairperson of the Barkadahan ng Kababaihan sa Binangonan, Dr. Rose Martha Callanta-Ynares, and members including other local officials, during awarding ceremonies for the 2018 YES (Ynares Eco System) Recycled Christmas Tree Contest, held at the municipal grounds. It was a three-peat achievement for Binangonan which received a brand new ambulance unit from the Provincial Government of Rizal.
