Rizal Gov. Rebecca Ynares was the keynote speaker during the first ever Mother and Son Joint Jamboree of the Rizal and Antipolo City Councils of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, held recently at the scout camping site in Abuyod, Teresa, Rizal. With Gov. Ynares were DepEd Rizal and Antipolo officials, Boy Scouts of the Philippines-Rizal and Antipolo City Councils officers and members and boy scouts from different schools in the Province of Rizal.
