The Rizal Provincial Government through the instruction of Governor Rebecca Ynares, has convened the Provincial DRRM Council purposely to assess the preparation being done by all concerned agencies, departments and groups in relation to the possible effects of super typhoon Ruby (Hagupit) to Rizal province. Present during the assessment and preparatory meeting are the province's front line departments, Rizal-PNP, Philippine Army, Philippine Coast Guard, DPWH, DTI, DepEd, Meralco, BFP, DILG, and volunteer rescue and communication groups.
