RIZAL GOVERNOR REBECCA A. YNARES, together with officials of the Rizal Provincial Government and Antipolo City Government, led the wreath laying at the statue of Dr. Jose P. Rizal during the 123rd Rizal Day commemorating the anniversary of the martyrdom of the National Hero, held at the Rizal Capitol Grounds. The solemn and simple ceremony honors the life and works of the greatest Philippine patriot that ever lived.
