Rizal Gov. Nini Ynares joins the entire nation in commemorating the 119th Anniversary of the Martyrdom of Dr. Jose Rizal through a wreath-laying ceremony held at the Rizal Provincial Capitol Compound together with Rizal Vice Governor Frisco San Juan Jr. and Sangguniang Panlalawigan members, Antipolo City Councilors, PNP-Rizal headed by PSSUPT Bernabe Balba, Order of the Knights of Rizal, Rizal Provincial Government and Antipolo City Government Department Heads and Bureau of Treasury -Rizal. The celebration focused on the life and works of Dr. Jose Rizal which exemplified honor and integrity of the Filipino as a guiding light towards meaningful change and progress.
