Rizal Vice Governor Reynaldo San Juan Jr., representing Governor Nini Ynares together with members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, and other Department Heads, welcome the Municipal Mayors from the Province of Iloilo, during a recent “Lakbay-Aral” at the Provincial Capitol. The visit was to benchmark the good practices of Rizal which made the Province the Top 1 Most Competitive Province in the Philippines for two consecutive years (2016-2017).
