Rizal Governor Rebecca "Nini" Ynares together with Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Undersecretary and Chief of Staff Usec. Rodolfo Garcia and Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) General Manger Jaime Medina signed the Memorandum of Agreement on Marikina and Manggahan Sub-Watershed Quality Management Areas (Sub-WQMAs) among DENR, LLDA, and the Provincial Government of Rizal, held recently at Ynares Event Center. The MOA calls for the implementation of an integrated watershed management program for the Marikina Sub-Watershed.
