RIZAL GOVERNOR REBECCA "NINI" YNARES is with Congressman Robbie Puno of the First District of Antipolo, URS President Dr. Marita Canapi, and other URS officials, during the celebration of the 18th Founding Anniversary of the state university, held recently at the Ynares Center, Antipolo City. URS honored Governor Nini Ynares with a Plaque of Recognition for her significant contributions to the growth and development of URS in its 18 years of existence.
