Rizal Governor Nini Ynares delivers her message to 176 graduates of SIMULA NG PAG-ASA (SIPAG) who successfully completed the 12-week recovery program of the Christ Commission Fellowship (CCF) Taytay, in partnership with LGU-Taytay, during graduation ceremonies held at the Manila East Arcade, Taytay, Rizal. The Graduation was also attended by Mayor Joric Gacula, and other local officials of Taytay, including PSupt Samuel Delorino, and CCF Pastors Eric Manuel and Danny Urquico. The graduates were former drug users who surrendered under the PNP's "Oplan Tokhang."
