RIZAL GOVERNOR REBECCA “NINI” YNARES together with Vice Governor Reynaldo San Juan, Board Members Rommel Ayuson and Rolando Rivera joins the Ynares Youth Scholars Association on their 1st Grand Reunion held at the Ynares Event Center. Governor Ynares also administers the oath of office of the newly-elected officers of Ynares Youth Scholars Association. Latin honor graduates receive certificates of recognition and some alumni scholars share their success stories during the event.
